About these terms

MethodBridge AI is operated by Helen Ifeoma Okoro. By using this site, you agree to these website terms. Specific quotations, service agreements, checkout terms or product licence terms may add to or override these terms for a particular purchase or service.

Website purpose

MethodBridge AI provides professional bid, tender and contract-management information, resources, systems, AI-assisted workflow guidance, training and support. Content is general information and working guidance, not a guarantee of tender success.

Professional judgement and legal/commercial responsibility

Users and organisations remain responsible for technical representations, pricing, commercial decisions, legal and contract positions, approvals and submissions. Contract-related content is management support, not legal advice. Seek specialist legal advice where required.

AI-assisted workflows

AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. Verify them against source documents and follow confidentiality and client rules, organisational policy and applicable law. MethodBridge does not guarantee any third-party AI tool or vendor.

Free resources

Free resources may be downloaded and used for your own internal professional or business purposes unless a resource states otherwise. Resale, republishing, public redistribution or removal of MethodBridge branding requires written permission.

Paid digital products

Where MethodBridge offers paid digital products, the price, licence scope, access method and any product-specific refund/cancellation information presented at checkout or supplied with the product form part of the purchase terms. See the Refund Policy. Paid files may not be resold, shared publicly or redistributed outside the licence provided.

Checkout and order processing for digital-product purchases are handled by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record and authorised reseller for MethodBridge AI digital-product orders. Paddle handles order processing, billing and payment collection, and applicable returns and refunds in accordance with the checkout terms and the MethodBridge Refund Policy. Buyers may also be subject to Paddle's buyer terms where applicable: Paddle's Buyer Terms. This payment arrangement relates only to the sale of digital products and does not affect how MethodBridge's professional tender services are provided.

Professional services and training

Scope, deliverables, timing, fees and responsibilities are agreed through a quotation, statement of work, engagement letter or other written confirmation. Sending an enquiry does not itself create a contract.

Confidential information

You must have authority to provide any tender or client information to MethodBridge and should use the agreed transfer method for sensitive information. MethodBridge will handle accepted confidential information in accordance with applicable engagement arrangements and the privacy notice.

Intellectual property

MethodBridge retains rights in its website content, guides, workbooks, templates, systems, branding and original materials, except third-party material. Copying, resale and redistribution beyond expressly permitted use are not allowed.

Third-party tools and links

Third-party websites and AI tools have their own terms, privacy practices, availability and pricing. Links and tool examples do not constitute endorsement or a guarantee of suitability.

Availability and changes

The site and its resources may be updated, corrected, suspended or changed. Uninterrupted availability is not promised.

No guarantee

MethodBridge does not guarantee a tender award, eligibility, acceptance, compliance outcome, savings, win rate or commercial result. Results depend on the opportunity, evidence, decisions and user actions.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MethodBridge is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on unverified AI outputs, inaccurate information supplied by a user, third-party platforms, or decisions that remain the user’s or organisation’s responsibility. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy

Read the Privacy notice for information about how personal information is handled.

Changes to terms

These terms may be updated as payment, digital-product delivery or services evolve. The effective date will be updated accordingly.
