Independent Tender & RFP Readiness Review

A fresh, human-led gap check before submission—for SMEs and growing teams responding to tenders and requests for proposals across all industries and international markets. When to contact us: as early as possible — ideally well before your internal approval date, so there is time to act on the findings.

A second perspective

See the gaps before final approval.

When a response is developed, an independent pre-submission review can help your team identify missing evidence, incomplete mandatory documents and unresolved requirements. The review is limited to the documents and checks agreed in your statement of work—not a guarantee of compliance or a win.

Who carries out the review

Reviews are led by MethodBridge AI’s founder, drawing on about 14 years of commercial, tender, bid and contract-management experience, including complex aviation and energy-linked service environments.

Scope first. Then a clear quotation.

Pricing is provided after scoping the document set, complexity, deadline and level of review. Deliverables, turnaround and any follow-up are agreed in writing before work starts.

Agreed deliverables

Findings your team can act on.

The following deliverables can be included in the agreed statement of work. Their depth and coverage depend on the supplied documents and expressly agreed review scope.

01

Executive Readiness Report (PDF)

Highest risks, top priority actions and review limitations.

02

Requirement-to-Evidence Matrix (Excel)

Each agreed requirement with its source reference, matched response or evidence, and status.

03

Action & Clarification Register (Excel)

Gaps, owners, target dates and draft clarification questions for your team to consider.

04

Submission Readiness Checklist

Documents, signatures, formats, versions and approvals to confirm before submission.

Final deliverables are confirmed in the agreed Statement of Work.

The process

Four steps, with clear boundaries.

  1. 01

    Enquiry and scoping

Discuss the opportunity, deadline, document volume, response stage and review priorities. Agree the statement of work, deliverables, responsibilities, turnaround and fee before review begins. Work begins once the service agreement is signed and any required deposit is received.

  2. 02

    Confidentiality and secure exchange

Agree confidentiality terms — a separate mutual NDA is available where you need one. Agree an appropriate secure file-exchange method before transferring restricted documents. Confirm your authority to share the material and any client or procurement restrictions.

  3. 03

    Human-led review

Review the agreed documents against the issued requirements. Controlled AI-assisted workflows are used only with your permission, for agreed tasks in an approved environment; people check outputs against the source documents.

  4. 04

    Findings and agreed closeout

Share prioritised findings, discuss questions and agree the clarification or closeout steps included in the scope. Your team confirms actions, approves the response and retains responsibility for submission.

Review boundaries

Your team remains accountable.

No legal advice, guaranteed win, automatic certification or assurance of complete tender compliance is provided. Your technical and commercial owners remain responsible for representations, pricing, exceptions, approvals and final submission.

Questions before scoping

Tender & RFP review FAQs

What documents should we supply?

For scoping, provide a non-sensitive outline of the opportunity, response stage and deadline. Once confidentiality and secure exchange are agreed, the review may require the issued tender or RFP, instructions, evaluation criteria, schedules, official clarifications and amendments, your draft response, mandatory forms, supporting evidence and any existing requirements matrix. The exact document set is agreed in the statement of work. Do not upload confidential files through the general enquiry form.

How quickly can a review be completed?

Turnaround depends on the agreed scope, document volume, complexity, availability and submission deadline. We confirm whether the requested review can be completed and agree timing before accepting the work; no fixed turnaround is promised here.

Which sectors and countries do you support?

Enquiries are welcome from SMEs and growing firms across all industries and international markets, including UK tenders, US RFPs, Gulf procurement and other government or commercial opportunities. Acceptance depends on the actual documents, capacity and required expertise. Jurisdiction-specific legal or regulatory assessment must be assigned to suitably qualified advisers; this service does not claim specialist US FAR advice.

How are data security and AI consent handled?

Before exchange, we agree mutual confidentiality, authorised access, a suitable transfer method and the handling arrangements for the engagement. AI use requires your permission for the specific tasks and environment and must respect client restrictions. A manual, source-led review can be scoped where AI use is not permitted. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

What does an independent review cover—and not cover?

It is a fresh pre-submission gap check of the documents and requirements expressly included in the agreed scope, separate from your team's response preparation. It is not automatic certification, a guarantee of full compliance or award, legal advice, or a substitute for technical, commercial and final approval. Response rewriting, specialist assessments, further review rounds and submission management are excluded unless expressly agreed.
