Digital product delivery
MethodBridge digital products are delivered electronically after payment.
When to contact us
Please contact MethodBridge if:
- you were charged more than once for the same order
- you cannot access the purchased files and the access problem cannot be resolved
- the delivered files are corrupted or materially differ from the product description
- you believe a mandatory consumer right applies to your purchase
Timing of requests
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after identifying a problem. Any refund or statutory withdrawal request is handled in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms, Paddle’s Refund Policy and applicable law.
Digital content and your rights
Digital products are supplied electronically and may be available for immediate access or download. Where the law permits, withdrawal rights may end once download or use begins after the required consent or acknowledgement. This does not limit mandatory rights relating to digital content that is faulty, materially not as described or otherwise protected by applicable consumer law.
Refund abuse and duplicate use
Refunds are not intended to provide temporary free use of the product. Requests may be refused where Paddle identifies fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behaviour, subject always to mandatory consumer rights.
How refunds are processed
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for MethodBridge AI digital-product orders. Refund requests and approved refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method.
For payment, withdrawal or refund requests, buyers can use Paddle’s buyer support at paddle.net. MethodBridge can assist with product-access or product-description questions through Request Support.
