Lawful basis
Depending on the interaction and applicable law, processing may be based on your consent, steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate business interests such as responding to business enquiries and protecting the website, or compliance with legal obligations.
Where consent is the basis, you can withdraw it without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Tender and confidential information
Do not send confidential tender documents, client-restricted information, personal data about other people or commercially sensitive files through the general enquiry form unless MethodBridge has specifically asked for them and an appropriate transfer method has been agreed.
Who may process information
Information may be handled by service providers supporting website hosting, cloud and database infrastructure, communications and security, and by professional advisers where necessary. MethodBridge AI does not sell personal information.
When a customer purchases a digital product, checkout and payment are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record and authorised reseller for those orders. Paddle processes checkout, payment and billing information for purchases, such as name, email address, billing address and payment details. MethodBridge does not receive or store full buyer card details processed through Paddle. Enquiry information submitted through the Request Support form is not processed by Paddle. Paddle's handling of payment and personal data is described in Paddle's own privacy notice: Paddle Privacy Notice.
International processing
Technology providers may process data in other countries. Appropriate safeguards will be used where required by applicable law.
How long information is kept
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, any resulting business relationship, record-keeping, dispute resolution and legal or regulatory requirements. When it is no longer needed, it should be deleted or anonymised as appropriate.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to be informed, access your information, request correction, deletion or erasure, restriction, object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent and complain to a relevant data-protection authority. You can make a request through the Contact / Request Support page.
You also have the right not to be subject to solely automated decisions with significant legal or similar effects where applicable. MethodBridge does not currently use the website enquiry form to make such decisions.
