How we work today
- Client tender and commercial information is treated confidentially and is not shared with unauthorised third parties.
- We work from information you are authorised to share, and agree how restricted material will be handled before we review it.
- Confidential client documents are not entered into unapproved public AI tools. AI output is checked by a person against the original source.
- Information is used only to provide the support you asked for.
Before you share documents
Please don't send restricted ITTs or pricing by unprotected email. Start with a short description of the tender and deadline through the enquiry form. Then we'll agree how restricted material will be shared and handled for that piece of work.
Formal confidentiality terms for engagements are being prepared and will be agreed with clients before work starts. Your organisation remains responsible for its own procurement, legal and disclosure obligations.
